Анотація

Анотація. Мета статті – проаналізувати геополітичні, геноцидні та прогностичні виміри російсько-української війни в експертній публіцистиці Д. Френсіс упродовж 2022–2026 рр., з’ясувати особливості її інтерпретації російської агресії. Наукова новизна – полягає у цілісному аналізі експертної публіцистики Діана Френсіс 2022–2026 рр. як окремого інтелектуального дискурсу осмислення російсько-української війни, у межах якого вперше систематизовано геополітичні, геноцидні та прогностичні підходи авторки до інтерпретації російської агресії. Висновки. Отже, публіцистика Д. Френсіс 2022–2026 рр. презентує цікаву й непересічну авторську геополітичну концепцію російсько-української війни, у межах якої агресія Росії трактується не як локальний конфлікт, а як складова глобального протистояння між демократичним Заходом та ревізіоністськими авторитарними режимами. Авторка послідовно характеризувала Росію як неоімперську державу, що прагне ревізії міжнародного порядку, відновлення сфери впливу та руйнування системи європейської безпеки. У її інтерпретації Україна постає ключовим елементом безпеки Європи та цивілізаційним бар’єром проти експансії авторитаризму. Важливе місце у працях Д. Френсіс займало трактування російської агресії як війни геноцидного типу. Вона неодноразово наголошувала на запереченні російським керівництвом права українців на окреме існування, використанні дегуманізаційної риторики, масовому насильстві щодо цивільного населення, ударах по критичній інфраструктурі та прагненні знищити українську ідентичність. Особливу увагу авторка приділяла ідеологічним засадам російської агресії, проводячи паралелі між політикою В. Путіна та тоталітарними практиками ХХ ст. У прогностичному вимірі Д. Френсіс послідовно відстоювала тезу про стратегічну поразку Росії. На її думку, війна спричиняє економічне виснаження Росії, деградацію енергетичної системи, посилення внутрішньоелітних конфліктів та міжетнічних суперечностей.
