Submissions

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• This submission has not been previously published and has not been submitted for consideration to the editors of other journals
• The author(s) of the article is responsible for the content of the article and information content. The author of the publication bears personal responsibility for the observance of intellectual property rights.
• The text complies with the formatting requirements outlined in the Guidelines for Authors in the About Journal section.
• Reference about the author (attached as a separate file with information about the author).

• The manuscript should not contain material that is prohibited for publication, as the journal is an open source of information.
