Анотація

Анотація. Мета – на основі фактів біографії науковця та узагальнюючої характеристики результатів дослідницької діяльності, розкрити внесок професора С. Корновенка у сучасну історіографію загалом і з проблем аграрної історії зокрема. Наукова новизна полягає в тому, що вперше у вітчизняній історичній науці в жанрі біоісторіографії, із застосуванням аналітичних персоналістичних, компаративістських та полідисциплінарних методів дослідження, проаналізовано життєдіяльність і науковий доробок відомого фахівця в галузі аграрної історії та вивчення селянського соціуму С. Корновенка. Висновки. Загальний огляд фактів життєдіяльності та побіжний історіографічний аналіз творчості С. Корновенка надає вагомі підстави вважати цього дослідника одним із фундаторів і лідерів формування сучасного українського історичного дискурсу з аграрної історії. Його досить вагомий творчий доробок репрезентовано монографіями, статтями в рейтингових журналах, тезами доповідей на наукових форумах міжнародних та всеукраїнських рівнів, які містять результати досліджень високого дослідницького рівня та беззаперечної наукової новизни. Привертають увагу й оригінальні історіософські погляди вченого та його новаторський внесок у формування відповідних дефініцій в царині аграрної історії. Долучився він і до формування джерелознавчої бази історико-аграрних досліджень і створення навчально-методичних видань для студентів і викладачів. Заслуговує на схвалення й багатогранна освітня та науково-організаторська діяльність професора С. Корновенка. Запропонована в цій біоісторіографічній розвідці тема, з огляду на значні перспективи життєтворчості вченого, має невичерпний гносеологічний потенціал і заслуговує подальшого дослідження на основі диверсифікації й залучення нових джерел.
