Анотація

Defined the main directions and nature of ethnic policy towards the Jewish minority in Ukraine during totalitarianism in the article. Showed the change in the proportion of Jews in the population of Ukraine, the nature of their resettlement and migration features. Indicated that ethnic policy of the totalitarian Soviet state during its existence was accompanied by increased pressure on Jews, and in some periods had signs of overt anti-Semitism. It is alleged that the greatest pressure on Jews was in the late 1940s - early 1950s. After the creation of Israel, when the Stalinist leadership led some training to massive forced displacement of the Jewish population. «Internationalism» - denationalization – ethnocide – these were the metamorphosis of ethnic politics in Ukraine under the conditions of the Stalinist totalitarian regime. After the establishment of security scenarios aimed at restricting emigration of Jews their success was only temporary. At the same time anti-Jewish campaign contributed to the ethnic hatred, the tip of which is directed against the Jews.
